Southwest Indiana | Wife and I are going on a little trip down the Missip.
We are going to Memphis first. Always heard about Memphis BBQ. Where is a good place to get real Memphis BBQ?
Forget the chain resturants. I want a local place, preferably one that I don't have to carry my side arm. Not into real hot stuff but something with a good BBQ taste.
We are going to follow river to Natchez, what do we need to see between the two places? Wife already has several plantations on her list. I am calling it her plantation fantasy tour.
Worst thing about going in spring you guys down South get started so early, makes me nervous to get home. Usually snow and mud when I do return.
Would appreciate any suggestions.
