Nusbaum Farms LLC Bellfountain, OR | I've had similar problems with them. Customer service went to absolute crap for awhile after they got together with Sprint. It is a little better now but not great. It seems like a company that has always really tried hard to attract business people would bend over backward to get a replacement phone in your hand ASAP, but not always so. One of our employees lost a phone last year, and I got so irritated with the local stores (we tried three different ones) that I went home and ordered it online. Only took a day or so.
Nextel has the best service in our local area and I really like the direct connect, but otherwise I might go looking.
