just a tish NE of central ND | The cat being glued to the highway in Minnnesota by his paws and nose has probably been mentioned here alreadys and I didnt catch it. It sure has been on the news a lot here lately.I am wondering how long it will take until the reward money flushes the offender out of the woodwork and what kind of punishment he/she will get?
What kind of punishment should / will be attached?

Id bet a murderer will get less of a punishment and less attention than the "kitty Killer" will.
