Little Gal takes on the IRS and WINS!!!!

It doesn't mean much to me in practical terms, but it warms my heart to see that the little person took on the IRS, using their own rules and system and beat them!

Interesting comments during the article by the woman involved pointing out the IRS tried to get her to back down using "muscle and intimidation".  Hmmm, what happened to the "kinder, gentler, IRS" we were promised.

Also, for those who may find themselves in tax court, good comments by the judge regarding preparation and organization.
