Amarillo, TX | Throughout the fall and during the first part of winter I keep hearing about how wet the mid-west and corn belt has become. Is there any truth to that? How wet is your area? Here in the Texas Panhandle we have had a few small snows but nothing that would make us saturated or give a significant amount of moisture. Maybe I shouldn't give that out as I haven't put a probe in the ground to really check.
