Nusbaum Farms LLC Bellfountain, OR | I second the underground tour. It's a little "tourist-y" for my liking, but a very interesting look at some of the events and characters that shaped early Seattle.
Boeing tours are interesting too. Lots of good little restaurants in the downtown. Ivar's chowder is excellent. Good beer and good coffee are easy to find. As a guy who doesn't care for big cities, I sorta like Seattle.
