Alsace 47°52'46"N 7°24'30"E | You don't have to wonder: go to the eventlog and look for the system messages! Should tell you what happened. If no clue, look in the application log. sometimes it is a good thing to purge these logs. If your C: drive is full to the tilt, you will probably get some messages telling you to free some space, but if nothing is left, system will hang because no place left for messages.
