Subject: Re: RTK Radios

We have setup an RTK network in eastern CO using the 900MHz radios and they seem to be working really well. We have been using either a 9 Db gain antenna or a 7 Db gain antenna for the base stations and are having really good luck with them. We do not have a tree problem in eastern CO only rolling terrain. One of our base stations is in a bowl surrounded by hills, not the most ideal spot, but it was were electricity was at and we only have radio link problems in a couple of spots up to 10 miles away. We have had a couple of customers tell us that they are able to have 100% radio link up to 16 miles away, from one of our towers. Hope this info is useful.

have a good one
