West Tennessee | that some computers have this issue and others not???? My office computers (5 of them) are all running exactly the same OS and have the same scanners. Only one computer had the issue, the rest have no problems. Apparently HP has known about this issue since at least October. I think they just want to make us buy new scanners. This isn't the first time HP has had issues with a Windows update. I had some computers really go haywire once and that issue was fixed by HP or MS in just a day or so. Yes the workaround works, but is a little strange. Sorry HP stuff really gripes me sometimes. | |
