I upgraded to IE7 after good advice from this venue.  I like it better, has several advantages, like the tabs.

After upgrading, my Hp scanner software did not work properly.  I did not think about the association of IE7 and scanner software, but after contacting Hp support on the subject, I learned a workaround for the problem.

Just thought I would mention that, in case someone else has issues with software after upgrading to IE7.

Interesting workaround, I am to click on the icon for the Hp scanner software, (nothing happens after upgrading to IE7)  Then I am to click Alt-spacebar, and a dialogue box appears allowing me to minimize to the lower toolbar.  Then I can click on the bottom toolbar, and everything works ok! 

Evidently they are working on a patch to make things work properly.
