That's what the locals in IT want to do.
However, one sight is limited to hughes
(direcway
) sat. as an ISP.
This seems to be a major problem for most of them. I can't tell if they have had trouble with this or just don't want to work with it.
Just for information, other site is covered by wireless ISP with access to DSL or could add sat. if needed.
