West Tennessee | Lots of info on a google search about this from my memory. A couple of things to try. Have you tried validating the data file? You can also try making a copy of the file and opening that. Can you find the automatic backup files that Quicken makes each time you close it? Sometimes I was able to open one of those and go from there. If you can still open the file right now try and copy it or move it to a USB stick or something in case your efforts make the file go further south. Been there, done that, good luck. FYI I was always able to retrieve mine with a little effort, but very nerve wracking. | |
