Clinton County, Michigan | By "right video card" hopefully you mean you have a capture card. These have RCA or Coax jacks on them to hook the VCR to. I use Pinnacle Studio, but am convinced that there are probably better programs. I believe creating a DVD to play in a normal DVD player requires more than .wmv or .mpg format. Typical DVDs have a folder full of multiple rendered files. There might just be an easy way to convert to this from .mpg. | |
