I don't think you can get super even flow with the rubber variable rate orifices. It's a pain put u need the standard stainless orifices as close to the row as you can get them. Than you need three big filters with different sized screens in them to catch all the junk. Then you can put small sprayer tip screens in with your orfices to make sure you dont plug the small hole.Put valves on the bottom of them instead of the plugs to help flush them out. In furrow fertilizer is expensive so you have to get it as even as you can.
