Think about that, around 1/3 of the folks work for the government. That means probably 1/3 of the remaining 2/3 ( 21% of the total) just try and keep up with the requirements..
Probably 20% of working age people will not work at all.
That is 74% of the population not producing anything and we have not got to the retired folks yet.
