If you set everything to past settings,,,,
Water in the tank, pump running, turn boom switch on, set raven in manual, and toggle the increase/decrease button...will it flow?
Turn on another boom control and adjust increase/ decrease does it help????
What about the throttle valve? Does it need turned?
