While I agree with the sentiment that they kept notes on you and your issue, they should at the very least not just dismiss you regardless of how busy they are. You should get 30 seconds to at least ask your question and get it added to your notes before they cut you off. There's a proper way to say that they are aware of your issue and it will be addressed asap.
