I talked to someone there on the support line on the phone over a week ago and they sent an email with a link that day. I replied to the email then and never heard anything back. I tried calling the same number now and a different person answered. I said I had an easy question and they said oh you called in already, we're really busy I'm sure they're working on it just wait for that. Click
I've had great luck w/ Raven, JD, and Ag Leader support over the years but this was a new one for me. |
