That would certainly be a good option if the existing pipe is still good enough to do it. Lining like that has pretty much taken over as the way to fix/update existing sewer mains and some service lines in this area, I’m planning to do some this summer in the town I work for. Another option may be using a directional drill and pulling a new line. That’s what I did at my house here when it was discovered the original cast pipe to my septic tank was bad. You would still have to cut the floor but it worked very well for me.
