Iowa - Floyd County | I think it really depends on what you buy as far as price. Our local volunteer service that does our transports just got a new Type 1 with lots of bells and whistles and it think it was around $450k. Another local private ambulance runs Type 3 rigs and they were talking somewhere around $320k for new and less than $150k for a remount(putting used ambulance body on new chassis). Just like anything else wants vs. needs plays a big role in the price. | |
