I run 125-130 in conventional till. Need enough to maintain 100% ground contact at your planting speed. Need to be doing gauge wheel turn test and checking seed trench quality before closed. Too much margin and you will have sidewall compaction.
Once you have it set, pay attention to ride quality. Going too fast if not keeping it >90%.
