It is really rare to get a frost after petal fall here.Our petal fall is usually Memorial day.I may be incorrect but we have always assumed that once the reproduction (seed forming) has started it will not be frost sensitive.The stamens /pistils, anthers are much more exposed and tender prior to pollination.So if the flower petals have fallen the ovary is growing.IMO you will be fine.Im not sure on the apples though,,hehheh,,let us know but I do think no worry.
