Yes, it can. Looks like the fruit is every bit as vulnerable after the flowering stage as during flowering. Not what I thought, but I don't argue with university extension

Both full bloom and post bloom, 25F for 30 minutes will kill 90% of fruit, 28F for 30 minutes will kill 10%.
