| So quick back story, I come in from doing chores this morning and both my young girls are singing along to some Taylor Swift song word for word (and my girls are pretty young). I just get to thinking what an impression she has made on so many fans. Not to leave out the domination she has had in the music industry.
I like to listen to a sports radio station (one of the few I get good reception) while doing chores and they devoted a lot of time talking about the basketball player Clark from Iowa. They were talking about her influence on people across the country and the excitement it has brought to women's sports.
I guess what I'm trying to get at is it's pretty cool to see these young women be at the top of their profession or sport. Hopefully these events lead to more opportunities and better pay for women out there. I know that there are plenty of other role models out there for young women, just had these two today from the stories.
