| Just another example of "common sense" regulations being used to favor people with credentials and degrees at the expense of everyone else. It takes a 6 year degree and 100k+ of debt to be able to stick your hand up a cows ass. This is why there is a shortage of labor for critical positions in the veterinary and medical field. Half the people that want to and are capable enough to do these jobs dont because they do not want the debt and the other half are burdened by BS paper work regulations and doing lower skilled tasks that a assistant is capable of doing but legally cant. So they are overloaded with work and everyone has to wait to be treated or get a vet out to help than pays through the nose.
