Fruita CO | Probably a blown o-ring in the rockshaft valve. Makes a massive high-pressure leak to sump. Look in the filler opening with a light, see if there's oil spraying around. common problem in all the utility tractors...
L55203, L55204, L56957 in the parts diagram...
If the main pump has a destroking screw, turn it in & see if the engine unloads.
If the valve clearance is adjusted too tight it will do this too... | |
