My mother ordered a Kia suv, when it came they tried to tack on some sort of service plan that they said was mandatory (at a significant cost) She walked out and ordered the same car from a different dealer who told her the service plan was totally optional. She had to wait an extra 4 months to get the car but the principal of the matter.
