Imagine this scenario.

Some 'clowns' decide that they may go onto my property to shoot quail. Technically they need my permission, but that is not part of the equation.

If one of them, while climbing through or over a fence, happens to discharge their shotgun, blowing half their foot off, it is MY FAULT, it is MY FENCE.

All they need is a 'helpful' lawyer and they are in business.!.
