Farmland, IN | That is exactly what I keep thinking Ron. I'm 51 and life has definitely gotten a lot easier in the last 5 years financially speaking. Have gotten some farms paid off and really hitting the remaining balances hard now. Sure $100k a year would be great, but I just don't think I want to deal with or look at them. I bought a lot of my ground from my parents and other family, and have cleaned up fence rows and system tiled it all myself, so the thought of them coming in and compacting dirt and cutting tile doesn't sit well with me. | |
