We got a Cabela's commercial chamber sealer a year or so ago (free with my Cabela's bucks).
I've used regular sealers in the past, and IMO the chamber sealers are the way to go. The bags are cheaper, and if it fits in the bag, you can seal it. For fun, I even sealed a bag of water, just to see if I could. Now my kids are wondering if I can seal some water, and freeze it to use as ice packs.
