Remove the tubes and go once over with the drill. I wouldn't want a lawn planted on 7" centers even if it was gone over three times. If it rains gently or you can water the important parts, then the cultipacker is much less important. You might lose spots if it goes too long before a rain, or gets a downpour and washes the seed away.

If it has to be nice, drive over it tire track to tire track to pack it after seeding. Keeping it watered, and mulched is more important than how you seed it.
