I have never saved one like that.
I use to band but had problems on some that had been double vaccinated. Never again, my place is too hot with tetanus.
Unpopular opinion but pinching is the way to go, especially with $1800 calves. My dad hasn’t lost one in 50 years and he has done a-lot of bulls over the years.
