south central WI | It doesn't have to make financial sense, it just has to persuade people to move.
Most homes are way bigger than they actuality need to be, so that doesn't make financial sense to start with. People who move for a job are going to have to move either way, so thus isn't about them either. This is probably for the people who either have a small house (starter home) who want/need more room, or people who move just because they want something different. Those are the ones who might be persuaded to move with this. It doesn't have to make sense. $50k utv's, $100k trucks and boats, Big campers just so you can escape your big house don't make financial sense, but people buy them and buy them a lot. | |
