Similar to the local Amish , 10 year old barefoot kids working in the sawmill with absolutely no safety equipment of any type . Open drives and open belts every where plus a 238 Detroit at continuous full throttle , no safety glasses , no hearing protection , and they get a pass
First thing I thought of OSHA/government, Amish don't have to follow though.
Expose them to work when they are young
