Subject: RE: Not Limited to Cruise Vacations ~

central - east central Minnesota -

rosiesdad - 3/21/2024 18:40 Good friend of mine and his wife got on a big name cruise ship to go South of florida and West, hitting several ports returning to Florida in a week (or so) He ALWAYS buys all the " travel insurance" he can and this time it paid BIG. His wife came down with a 105* fever and they were notified the ships staff couldnt handle her issue. He got off in the Cayman Islands (South of Cuba) as they have a good hospital there. She was in the Hospital for a week. Most of the expenses incurred (motel for him), foreign hospital and getting a flight back home would have made this a financial disaster. So if you are going on a cruise, buy insurance. It may sound like a waste, but think about it anyway.

Not just limited to Cruise Vacations . . . .  any vacations outside of the USA, should consider "travel insurance". You bring up a very good example of why - thanks
