Has it been rained in? Atrazine for some reason doesn’t have much foliar effect on wheat.
I had a customer some years ago who’s hired man used atrazine instead of crop oil spraying some wheat about November. All was well until it broke dormancy or rather tried to. I think he ran 1% solution.
