Back in the 70s one of my neighbors planted Milo with his row planter and banded atrazine over the row like most guys were doing at the time. That was before no-till drills so I assume he disked it before drilling the wheat but I don't remember now. Anyway he ended up with a nice stand of wheat in between the Milo rows.
