The list of men that organized the church was interesting.  My mother's brother was named Eilert Willemssen, named after his uncle in Germany.  I have a brother named Eilert, named after his uncle Eilert Willemssen.  Also, there were quite a few Janssens in my home area.  They also changed their names to Johnson.  Harm was a common first name and there was Harms as a last name.
