North Dakota | I just did about 30 of the VHS-C tapes about a month ago. I used a device I purchased on Amazon. It had component video and S-video connectors on it. It came with a link to a piece of software and instructions to connect and transfer to your computer. It has several choices for the format it copies the video.
My tapes are 25-30 years old and the quality has deteriorated a lot. You can still tell who is in the video but has some lines and other problems. But, at the end of the day it is better than not being able to see our kids games and concerts at all.
