fayette county, ohio | It is a 4 ft roll of plastic. I use the biodegradable plastic. I don’t have to pick it up. The plastic layer probably covers 6 inches on each side, so about 3 ft to use. One drip tape is layed under it in center. If it get hot and dry like last year. I add 2 more drip tapes on top. I use a sharpened pencil. Poke a hole. Drop in an onion plant. Just pust in slightly firm
