If you look at the back history,they were promised millions to upgrade the plant. It was old and time to go and they let it go. They didn't receive any money they were offered for upgrades either. Seems the plant was becoming unionized and it was old. Easier to shut it down and start over. Use the market as an excuse and roll on.
