I agree with what thefarmer said about the Burris mounts . I bought a lapping tool to get a scope to work on a 700 REM ,ended up getting the Burris Z rings to get it to work. Bought a B Mag Savage used them again just to keep cross hairs centered in the scope instead of adjusting it a long way one direction
