We went to Dallas a year ago. Took I29 down to where you jump over the river to Nebraska City. Then highway 75 to Topeka Kansas. Get on the I35 toll road there all the way to Dallas. It’s not toll all the way but it’s fast! After Dallas looks like I45 to Houston. That’s the route my phone suggests. Highway 75 is a good cutoff to avoid Kansas City. Have a good trip.
Yes. This is the fastest route from NW Ia. Depends where your starting from I guess.
