just a tish NE of central ND
Not sure what would help long term. At birth they get a few days to get the "crazy fever" out of them,a lot of them get that which helps protect from predators. but they are going to leave dead or alive if they are totally Nutz. It's NOT worth it to me if you are in a situation where you have to work with them in confined spaces and they go into killer mode........If your gut feelings say sell her, sell her to some of those so brave on this forum here that want the crazy cows....
My life is worth more than a dan crazy man killing cow. I got enough friends that been beaten to pulp by mother cows and ended up broken legged/armed and broken ribbed/ out of commission/from crazy cows.... There have been a few guys in the state that have been killed. There isn't hardly anyone that has NOT gotten "taken after" if you have worked with enough cows birthing. I choose not to rodeo, leave that to the pros. No different than a mean bull. Bologna making time for them....
