We put 2 40 footers up 5 yrs or so. Wish I had more of them. I put them on a rock pad, but also put 4 rail road ties under it to keep it up off ground. Only complaint is it can get rather dark in the back of a 40ft. Also try and get the ones with vents on them, as they stay a lot cooler inside
