since it's used, spin it by hand real slow and see if any of the blades are bent. If not, then balance it as said. You might see which one is the outlier while it's spinning, put different color tape, or masking tape in different places on the different blades, and the one that swings farthest out is the heaviest, add weight on the other side first.
