| The property insurance market is a nightmare at the moment for a litany of reasons. There really isn't any other way to put it.
If you are after true replacement cost coverage on your pivots, there are not many markets remaining. Chubb is one of those with a stand-alone program that will still write replacement cost on any pivot, regardless of age, but you are going to pay for it.
On the farm side in Kansas, certain carriers have had to be more aggressive than others with increases, minimum deductible requirements, etc. Everyone has gone/is going up, but there are certainly some that stand out as these companies in a lot of cases are trying to trim exposure. | |
