Welcome to the reality of P&C insurance. I’ve never had a claim problem with FB. I review the policy myself every six months to make sure the equipment is valued properly and pivots are at replacement and not acv. Most complaints are based on being under insured or in errors and omissions which really is the policy holders responsibility
