Or do it how Russia is moving oil, load it on a boat, send it to some secluded bay and offload that onto a couple other ships and send them elsewhere.
Now we're really talking.. two ships burn more environmentally sustainable fuel than one to move same amount of payload.
this green movement is really starting to take shape now.
