I think that is a myth. Bud Light got hurt but they are recovering and will survive nicely. I have a lot of conservative friends who are for the most part pretty level headed. Some of them are Bud Light drinkers and I have noticed that they are still drinking Bud Light. I don't drink Bud Light but if I did I might have quit drinking it for a short time but would probably have resumed by now. You like what you like.
Around here, bud light was huge, maybe half or more of the people drank it in the bar. Now it's rare to see someone drinking it. The ones who do, never quit as far as I know. Lots of coors light or Busch light (same company, I know). |
